1. Scope of Practice & Practitioner Credentials

I, the client, understand that Omar E Sandoval, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20+ years of experience in the medical field. I acknowledge that while he brings this clinical expertise to our sessions, the services provided through Resonant Reiki and Integrative Wellness Navigation are energetic and holistic in nature.

2. Nature of the Service

  • I understand that Reiki is a relaxation and stress-reduction technique that utilizes gentle touch or proximity to balance the body’s energy.

  • I understand that Integrative Wellness Navigation is a consultative service designed to bridge the gap between medical treatments and holistic goals.

  • I acknowledge that these services are intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or care.

3. Clinical vs. Energetic Boundaries

  • I understand that during a Resonant Reiki session, Omar E Sandoval is acting in his capacity as a Reiki practitioner and spiritual guide.

  • I acknowledge that any "navigation" regarding clinical health (such as diabetes management or GLP-1 medications) is for educational and integrative purposes only.

  • I understand I should continue to see my primary healthcare providers for all specific medical prescriptions, diagnoses, and emergencies.

4. Client Responsibility

  • I agree to fully disclose my current medical conditions and medications to ensure the highest level of clinical integrity during my sessions.

  • I understand that results vary and that these sessions are designed to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal and find resonance.

  • I voluntarily agree to receive these services and assume full responsibility for my health and well-being.

5. Disclaimer and Consent

  • By purchasing this session, you acknowledge that Resonant Reiki services are intended for relaxation and energetic balancing and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. While Omar E Sandoval is a licensed APRN, these specific services are provided in a Master Level Reiki Practitioner capacity and do not constitute a patient-provider medical relationship.

  • Payment constitutes your informed consent to receive these services and your agreement to waive any claims of liability for injuries or damages. You agree that the maximum recovery for any dispute is limited to the refund of the service fee paid.
